Open-Source Code

Codes are sourced from community best practices and custom configurations.

GPU / CPU Performance

Some WebGL and particle configurations may affect mobile performance.

No Warranties

We take zero legal responsibility for downstream software conflicts.

1. Platform Warranty Status

MotionCanvas CSS offers interactive background components for experimental, educational, and general commercial purposes. We make no representation that these designs will be compatible across all browser versions, desktop environments, or hardware architectures. Before integrating backgrounds (especially particle canvas systems and deep WebGL layouts) into high-traffic corporate portals, we advise verifying client frames and performance levels.

2. Downstream Optimization Responsibility

While we rate our templates on performance scores, background rendering rates depend heavily on client hardware. MotionCanvas CSS is not responsible for browser lagging, battery drain, memory leaks, or execution failures in systems running custom builds of these designs. We highly recommend wrapping complex structures in Intersection Observers to halt animating code when elements are pushed off-screen.

3. External Links

Our documentation and articles may link to external, third-party frameworks, resource libraries, and design assets. We have no control over the content, security, updates, or license frameworks of those external assets.
